Am I A Member?

Membership in the union is not automatic and does not flow from union dues being deducted from your pay. To be a member, you must sign up! You can do this by completing a Regular Membership form or Associate Member form, following which a membership number will be issued. There are two membership categories for which the Association of Justice Counsel represents;

Regular Member:

Federal lawyers for whom the AJC is the exclusive bargaining agent.

Associate Member:

Former Regular Members who have since retired, left the public service or who are no longer in a represented LP position.
